Processing & Dispatch

• All confirmed orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

• We do not offer free shipping. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
• Delivery timelines usually range between 5-7 working days from the date of order, depending on your location and courier partner serviceability.
• We ship across most PIN codes in India through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and reliable delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details on your registered email and/or phone number. You can use this information to track your package until it reaches you.

Delivery Issues

• Please inspect your package at the time of delivery. If the product is damaged or not in the expected condition, kindly notify the delivery person immediately.

International Shipping

At present, Vedchaa does not provide international shipping. We currently ship only within India.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order at no cost before it has been shipped from our facility.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. For refunds or return requests, please refer to our Refund Policy .
