If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order within 7 days without providing any reason.

The deadline is 7 days from the date you received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed takes possession of them.

You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from receiving the returned Goods, using the same payment method used for the Order.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
  • The Goods are in their original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Perishable Goods or those past expiry
  • Opened items unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons
  • Items inseparably mixed with other products

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Sale items are not refundable (unless required by law).

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit. Otherwise, the refund will go to the gift giver.
